Who and why
GaldecaTSFNunilu is for adults recording care for children in their care. Records provide history, sharing with authorised caregivers, and sleep estimates.
What we store
Adult account, family membership, child profile, entered records, reminder preferences, and subscription status. Native devices keep an encrypted local copy for offline use.
Who processes data
AWS hosts the API and records. Firebase/Google provides identity, notifications and optional analytics and crash services. Apple, Google and Stripe process payments on their platforms. Cloudflare manages DNS. Records primarily use eu-west-3; this does not mean every provider processes all information exclusively in the EU.
Optional analytics
You may decline. Sleep, feeding, medication, notes, names and birthdays are not sent to GA4 or Crashlytics as analytics attributes. We do not use personalised advertising.
Export and delete
You can export records and request account deletion in the app, including after trial expiry. Transfer shared family ownership before deleting an owner account. Recovery backups can retain data until their 35-day expiry; billing documents follow the provider’s and controller’s retention obligations.
